Telemedicine clinic

You book. Your doctor calls.

No app to install and no video link to chase. At the time you choose, a licensed doctor rings your phone, and any prescription is waiting in your portal when you hang up.

It rings your own number. Nothing to install.

Questions Patients Ask

Do you accept my insurance?

We bill the insurers listed on this page directly. Bring your insurance card to your first visit; your policy's share appears on every invoice, and you pay only your part.

How does a phone consultation work?

Book "By phone" and give the number to call. At the booked time the doctor calls you, confirms your identity, and the consultation is written in your record like any visit. Your prescription is on your portal to print for any licensed pharmacy. Controlled medicines are not prescribed by phone; if you need one, the doctor books you a visit.

I have never visited you. Can I book online?

Yes. Register with your identity document and email; you receive a code by email, and your patient portal opens with the booking page. The desk checks your document at your first visit. If you have visited us before, ask the desk for your portal access instead of registering again.

Where do I get my medicines?

From our pharmacy after a clinic visit, or - after a phone consultation - from any licensed pharmacy with the printed prescription from your portal. The prescription is bilingual and carries your doctor's licence number.

Where is my data kept?

In the clinic's own patient record system, under the Personal Data Protection Law. Only the people involved in your care see your record; your insurer sees what it needs to pay. We do not use foreign video or messaging platforms for consultations.

Can I manage my children's care from my account?

Yes. Ask the desk to file your children under your record; you then see their visits, vaccinations and growth on your portal and book for them. Children are registered at the desk, not online.
